EMACO (Empresa Argentina de Construcciones) was founded by Engineers Federico L. Bensadon and Alberto L. Gutiérrez in 1968. Since its inception, we have focused our efforts on construction of both public and private works.
Over the years, and building on the efficiency achieved thanks to the competitive bidding process, we have succeeded in developing a strategic vision and an extensive managerial capacity. This has allowed us to take part in the development of real estate projects, from their planning and construction stages all the way to their commercial management. This challenge has given rise to the company's steady growth and has allowed us to participate in any kind of works, including condominium apartment buildings, urban complexes, and even multidisciplinary projects, such as the Costa Salguero Complex.
The great number of condominiums we have built has led us to adopt rationalized construction systems, which far exceeded traditional methods of executing serial works, with the approval and recognition of the National Housing Department. EMACO has built over 700,000 m2 and has specialized in architecture works, as well as in infrastructure and engineering works.
This expertise confers us the technical capacity to keep up with our growth plan, by diversifying our services and operating different types of concessions, such as waste collection and disposal in the city of Rosario and the comprehensive operating license of the water and sewage systems in the province of Corrientes, as well as the transfer of this know-how to the province of La Rioja, among others.
Today, EMACO has a sound staff working by high quality standards. Caring for our environment is a priority for us, so we have implemented processes in our works that aim at reducing energy consumption and at minimizing waste.
At EMACO, an ever-growing company, we keep adding new equipment and renewing the existing one, thereby maximizing our production capacity and keeping up with state-of-the-art technology.
