Walls were demolished on the above-ground level and the structure was reinforced with metallic columns. This allowed changing the existing openings for new and larger aluminum ones. At lower areas, works were divided depending on the different architectural characteristics of each area of the building. The exposed brick surface was sanded and plastered when needed, and openings were changed. In the most modern area of the printing house, surfaces were pressure-washed, openings and glasses were repaired. Lastly, walls were painted and silicone was applied on the exposed bricks.
