Works consisted in the restoration, enlargement and remodeling of a building aimed at housing offices for the Judiciary Council of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Works involved demolishing part of the existing building, reinforced concrete structure for the new offices and related masonry works. Facilities involve the whole building and are: water and gas system, firefighting system, and electricity network, including power transformers, medium voltage cells and power generator, VRV air conditioning system. All the offices have technical raised floor at 9 and 30 cm, as required. Total area of the building is 6,000 m².
