DESCRIPTION
Works consisted in enhancing the value of the gas station, focusing on the branding, the convenience store and the upgrading of the station and its fuel pumps. The first stage consisted in sanitizing and cleaning the ground, reclaiming the soil and ensuring that the residual pollution came down to acceptable levels. Fuel tanks and fuel pumps were then installed. The station was repaved and adapted to the traffic, thus avoiding any circulation issues. Finally, civil engineering and architecture works were carried out at the convenience store, adapting it to the new requirements set by Shell.
