Complex comprising 13 monoblock buildings, with ground floor and 14 above-ground levels, totaling 740 dwelling units. This project was awarded as per the "Direct Action" procedure, i.e., it was awarded through public bidding. The buildings were arranged in three independent sectors, in each of which, the following infrastructure works needed to be performed: reinforced concrete paving, parking areas, sewage and stormwater drain systems, gas and water systems, electricity network, street lighting network, power transformer chamber, and landscaping. The project followed the traditional construction system. Covered area: 62.000 m²
