DESCRIPTION
Awarded through public bidding. This project comprised two buildings –3,920 m² and 3,550 m²–, which are part of the Parque Donado Holemberg Housing Solutions plan. Its purpose was to reconstruct the metropolitan area with a suitable landscaping project aimed at enhancing the value of an area that had been expropriated for constructing former AU3 highway. The buildings have 53 and 33 units, respectively, varying from one-level to two-level 1- to 3-room units. The balconies on the rear façade overlook a block green lung.
