Two towers comprising ground floor and 9 above-ground levels, with 176 apartment units. Distribution of dwelling units for each tower is as follows: Twenty-seven 1-bedroom dwellings, 40 2-bedroom dwellings, 20 3-bedroom dwellings, janitor's dwelling unit, totaling 88 dwelling units per building. Each building is composed of three areas, each of them developing around a vertical axis containing two elevators, a corridor and a fire exit. Around this axis, there is also the water tank and the engine room. Each building has a dwelling unit for the janitor and, outside, the pumping water tank. The towers were build around a central area, in a non-traditional distribution, with parking areas, vehicular access, and internal pedestrian walkways connecting the entrances of both buildings. Covered area: 14,316 m²
