DESCRIPTION
Tower building on ground floor and 6 above-ground levels, totaling 37 dwelling units, with parking units on ground floor. The project followed the traditional construction system. Reinforced concrete structure, with windbracing partition walls, masonry lateral enclosures. This project was financed as per the "Río Mar" plan. Covered area: 3,300 m².
