DESCRIPTION
Two tower buildings on ground floor and 14 above-ground levels, totaling 224 dwelling units, with open parking areas on ground and 1st underground levels, and commercial stores. The project followed the traditional construction system. Structure in reinforced concrete and exposed concrete on outer beams and columns, with windbracing partition walls, and masonry covered with ceramic bricks. This project was awarded as per the "Direct Action" procedure of the National Mortgage Bank. Covered area: 23,000 m².
