Urban development in the premises surrounded by the following streets: Las Heras, Santa Marina and Pueyrredón – Las Flores – Province of Buenos Aires. 130 dwellings were built on a plot of land of 17,045 m². These dwellings are individual, 2-level units; 50% of them are 2-bedroom units and the other 50%, 3-bedroom units. Construction was performed as per the TEMA building system, proprietary to the Company. Infrastructure works developed comprised: gas network, street works, sidewalks. Covered area is 8,496 m². Period from commencement to completion of works was 360 running days.
