Complex composed of 400 multi-family dwellings, with ground floor and 3 above-ground levels. 192 dwellings have 3 bedrooms; 192 dwellings have 2 bedrooms and 16 dwellings have 1 bedroom. These dwellings were built as per the traditional system of rationalized construction, with bearing walls of reinforced concrete with metallic formwork, filled in situ. Infrastructure construction comprised running water system with elevated water tank, sewage system, gas and electricity network, street lighting and vehicle streets with roadside gutters and parking area. Works were financed by the FONAVI [Argentine National Housing Fund] system. Total built area: 26,183 m².
