Complex of 4 monoblock buildings – 2 of them with ground floor and 2 above-ground levels, and two of them with ground floor and 3 above-ground levels, with infrastructure works and tank tower, totaling 42 dwelling units. The project followed the traditional construction system. Infrastructure works comprised external networks for running water supply, gas, electricity, street lighting, sewage and stormwater drainage, parking area, paving works, sidewalks, and tank tower for water distribution to the whole complex. Covered area: 3.800 m²
